Reconbinant human Glycosyl transferases | Enzymes
Glycosyltransferases of GlycoGene are recombinant
human glycosyltransferases with FLAGTM tag which
can be used for immobilization of the enzyme onto
resin and could be used for glycan synthesis or
modification.
Enzymes are stabilized with culture medium and stored.

- α1,3-galactosyltransferase stock (α3Gal-T)
- α1,3-N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase stock (α3GalNAc-T)
- β1,3-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase-II stock (β3GlcNAc-T2)
- β1,4-galactosyltransferase-I stock (β4Gal-T1)
- Polypeptide-N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase-II stock (ppGalNAc-T2)
- Fucosyltransferase-II stock (FUT2)
Enzyme solution should be kept in freeze at -80°C. If it is repeated freezing and though, it would be loose the activity. When it is used for glycan synthesis, it would be better to immobilize on to anti FLAG antibody immobilized affinity resin (Sigma).
