- Recombinant human glycosyltransferases
- GlycoGene successfully expressed most of recombinant human glycosyltransferases with tag for immobilizing enzymes on to resin which can be used for glycan synthesis or modification of glycoprotein or peptide. The number of enzymes will gradually increase and be available. Right now, it is 6 different enzymes are available.
- Glycans
- GlycoGene synthesize active oligosaccharides with use of recombinant human glycosyltransferases. We can provide glycan libraries as well as simple glycans. The glycan libraries are useful for analyzing of glycan binding profiles of proteins, such as receptors or cell surface lectin like molecules.
